Hi, how are you? I am Anne-Marie Spricigo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I truly believe that life has a way of providing us signals that we “should” listen to but we tend to ignore. These signals can be in the form of a gut feeling, physical pain, inflammation, something someone else mentions or a legitimate sign. Being in-tune with the mind body connection is germane to our well-being and success.
